About Mariah Studio

Mariah Studio creates personalized products, gifts, apparel and custom designs from Tampa Bay, Florida.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced on this website.

Products & personalization

Many Mariah Studio products are made or personalized specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, initials, dates, wording, sizes, colors and other personalization information before submitting an order.

Minor variations in color, placement or appearance may occur due to differences in materials, screens and the handmade or personalized nature of our products.

Custom order requests

Submitting a custom order request does not automatically create a purchase or guarantee that Mariah Studio can produce the requested design.

We may review the requested product, quantity, personalization, reference materials and other requirements before providing a final price.

A custom order becomes confirmed once the customer accepts the final offer and completes the required payment.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and other amounts will be presented before payment when required.

Custom-order pricing may vary based on product type, materials, size, quantity, design complexity and personalization.

Payments made through the website are processed by Stripe. An order is not considered paid until the payment has been successfully completed.

Production & fulfillment

Most personalized products are prepared within 3–5 business days, although production time may vary for larger orders, custom designs or seasonal demand.

Production estimates are separate from carrier delivery times. Additional details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Changes & cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible once customization or production has begun.

Returns & order issues

Personalized and customized products are generally final sale because they are created specifically for the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or with an error made by Mariah Studio, contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customer-provided content

When you submit text, photographs, artwork, logos, reference images or other materials for personalization, you confirm that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide and use those materials for your requested product.

You grant Mariah Studio permission to use the materials you submit as reasonably necessary to review, design, produce and fulfill your requested order.

Requests we may decline

Mariah Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel a custom request when we cannot reasonably produce it, when necessary materials are unavailable, or when the requested content may violate law or the rights of another person or business.

If a paid order must be cancelled by Mariah Studio before production, an appropriate refund will be issued for the cancelled portion of the order.

Website content

The Mariah Studio name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content and original designs may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Customer-provided materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Website availability

We work to keep the website and ordering services available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product, feature or service will always be available.

We may update products, prices, features or website content when necessary.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mariah Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Privacy

Information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Mariah Studio, our products or website services evolve.
